Feeling less than whole often means feeling unfulfilled and isolated. Getting Where You Want to Go, an educational and experiential workshop, offers you an experience of wholeness and gives you a roadmap to self-empowerment; a lasting empowerment whose roots are already within you. You will join in a healing community with others who also bring a significant level of intention to create experiences such as these:
  • Claiming your life and using your history for your good
  • Dissolving barriers to intimacy, fulfillment and self-assertion
  • Healing the split between the sexual and the spiritual
  • Shedding debilitating shame and liberating unique self-expression
  • Surfacing self-sabotaging attitudes and behaviors and ceasing to be a victim
  • Finding spiritual purpose in past and present experience
  • Risking new actions that support who you are and what you want
The Institute’s focus is recovery of Self — recovery of emotional, spiritual and sexual wholeness. Our programs are for anyone seeking a path of personal growth and healing. This workshop has also proven to be a highly effective complement to 12-Step recovery work.

*The fee is equivalent to 38 hours at $17/hr. for highly effective experiential therapy.
